Bobby
A lifelong enthusiast of sports and personal fitness, Bobby made the transition to coaching and supporting fitness club operations a decade ago. His philosophy towards fitness can be summarized in two statements:
“We don’t stop moving because we grow old, we grow old because we stop moving”
“Looking good and moving your best aren’t mutually exclusive. Done correctly, one can get you the other”
In the gym, his personal and professional areas of expertise are strength and athletic goals, body recomposition, and lasting behavior change. Outside of the gym, you’ll find him reading, listening to music, and appreciating life.
