My passion for fitness began at a young age through playing multiple sports but was truly formed during my time as a university football player. Weight training was a part of our daily routine which instilled a sense of discipline, resilience and a love for pushing my limits.
I studied at the University of Western Ontario and the University of Toronto, earning a degree in Sociology while competing as a varsity football player at both schools.
I began my journey as a personal trainer in 2025, bringing experience from one-on-one coaching and group fitness to help others achieve their goals and build confidence through fitness. I am also an assistant coach with the University of Toronto’s football team.
I love watching sports with the Philadelphia Eagles being my favourite team. I stay active through playing basketball, football and going to the gym. When I’m not catching a game or competing, I enjoy playing video games and discovering new places to eat.
Every training session with me is high-energy and motivating as I bring a charisma that makes fitness both fun and rewarding. I am fully client-focused and inclusive, adapting every workout to your goals, needs, and abilities so you can train with confidence and see real results.
Most recently, Josh completed his Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification with full honors and distinction.
