“Aliana Comeau is a trauma-informed yoga and meditation teacher with over 10 years of experience facilitating mindful movement and group wellness practices. She began leading mindfulness experiences before completing her 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2017 and has since taught at top Toronto studios including Jaybird, Hoame, Toronto Yoga Co., The Granite Club, Sweat & Tonic, and GoodLife.

Aliana holds a Foundations of Mindfulness Meditation certification from the University of Toronto and multiple Yoga Alliance–certified trainings in Hatha, Yoga Nidra, TCM, and trauma-informed yoga. Her style focuses on creating a deep mind-body connection, while building lasting strength and resilience within. Open and able to guide all levels of practice."
