Katherine
My philosophy is rooted in purposeful training and intent. Workouts should do more than make you tired: they should make you better. While methods may evolve, the principles remain the same — quality movement, consistency, and care for the body. I want people to train in a way that keeps them capable of doing what they love, whether that’s running a 5k, chasing after kids or grandkids, or simply moving through daily life with more strength and ease.
What Makes Me Different
What sets my classes and personal training apart is the balance of structure, support, and responsiveness. I know when to push a client and when to adjust an exercise based on their needs. Each session is challenging yet safe. My goal isn’t just to guide a good workout; it’s to help people move well, feel strong, and carry that ability into every part of their lives.
