Kathy

Kathy is an experienced and certified yoga teacher, breath coach and wellness retreat host who specializes in helping people connect to themselves through movement and breath (while having a good time in the process!).

Kathy, a self-proclaimed type-A in recovery, left the corporate world in 2014 to provide the ultimate energizing and balanced yoga and retreat experience for others. After completing yoga training in Thailand, she's been a full-time professional yoga teacher for over 10 years. 

Kathy’s Flow classes challenge all levels and incorporate creative movements that strengthen and lengthen the body while staying connected to the breath.  Her stretch, yin and restorative classes weave mindfulness meditation throughout so that you leave feeling as though both your body and mind have been given a nourishing hug.

Classes are tailored to the students and include optional gentle hands-on adjustments, curated playlists and a grounding savasana.

“My philosophy is to provide the space for each student to connect with their mind, body and soul so they finish class feeling simultaneously lighter and more grounded. I encourage students to push themselves to their personal limits, while not taking themselves too seriously. Smiling and laughter is welcome!
