Patrick
An athlete from an early age, Patrick discovered yoga in 2008 and quickly found it to be the perfect balance of strength, focus, and restoration. With years of dedicated practice, Patrick brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to each class, emphasizing the link between breath and movement for individual growth; spiritually, mentally, and physically. When not teaching or managing another studio in the city, Patrick continues to explore new ways to help students cultivate resilience, presence, strength, courage, kindness, and inner love, both on and off the mat.
