"Several years ago, after experiencing injuries from heavy workouts, I became more aware of my body and the importance of proper movement. This led me to Pilates, which I have been practicing for almost ten years, discovering the power of mindful exercise, anatomy, and corrective movement. Seven years ago, I also fell in love with yoga for its balance of strength and mindfulness. Teaching brings me so much joy because I love seeing my clients leave class feeling amazing—more energized, grounded, and connected to their well-being.

My goal is to build a supportive community where clients not only gain strength but also leave my classes feeling empowered, aligned, and more in tune with themselves—both on and off the mat."
